Other than the already fantastic EBGames franchise, the Waurn Ponds stands out to me much more. It’s not the closest EBGames to me, but I still visit it frequently because of how friendly the atmosphere is and how much I enjoy my shopping experience at it. Manager Nathan is such a lovely guy, and he always brightens my day. Thanks everyone at Waurn Ponds EBGames!

This store is always so clean, organised and full of options. It's had my back for so many of my childrens birthdays, Christmases and special rewards/surprises for doing well at things. The people who work their are always so positive, they feel genuinely happy to help, never bothered and easy to joke with. The customer service is top notch like the products. Such a fun store that it will be a shame when my daughters grow out of it...Granted with its range they might never.

Have been visiting EB Games since buying my kids Club Penguin memberships back in the day. the Ponds store is great. Lots of content and brilliant service. I have purchased all my consoles here and never had any issues. However the manager here now is not great to deal with. The staff used to be real gaming enthusiasts so you could have some great conversations across all platforms, In recent months most of those staff no longer seem to be there and the new staff are more transactional in their approach. Unfortunately when I spoke to corporate they seem more interested in selling their trinket junk then actually listening. Back to on line shopping for me.

Normally, I always expect EB games to have average games, but one day there were just a whole bunch of rare games that were just on the shelves here and I ended up buying most of them. The staff that was there on that day was very friendly and we ended up having a good conversation about the games that I was going to buy. In the end, the experience was very positive.

Wonderful looking store. Plenty of space between shelves to accommodate multiple people and not be crammed in. Lots of stock, especially pop vinyls and merchandise. Well presented and laid out in a sensible manner. Would happily come back here again.

Great customer service! Walked in searching for ps5 plates, but were out of stock. Worker went the extra mile to call up Geelong store and put one on hold for me.

Store was pretty busy during a sale 12/7 with only one guy with glasses behind the counter. But he did an awesome job. Multitasking different customers and being super nice and helpful to each one. Made my impulse xbox purchase really easy and answered any questions I had 👌 …
